Since 1980 they have developed programs and protocols that have made a real difference in the lives of battered women across the country. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a 24 hour hotline for victims and anyone calling on their behalf to provide crisis intervention, safety planning, information and referrals to agencies. Assistance is available in English and Spanish with access to more than 170 languages through interpreter services.
