Stop someone from harrassing you?

How do you stop someone from harrassing you when you are cornered in a room? |

That's a tough situation, depending on where you are. If you are at a party and there are other around, I would make an excuse to leave (ex:curfew or bathroom). If you are alone and this person won't stop you should do anything in your power to get out. All of this only applies, however, if you have told the guy/girl you are uncomfortable and they still advance |

I like the idea of distraction - I think it would be helpful to involve someone else - they can help keep the annoying harrasser at bay. |

As difficult as it is. I think the best response is no response. The less you say the less ammo you have to be used against you. If possible leave the situation as soon as you can and if you feel threatened travel w/someone as it's hard to corner someone who isn't alone. |
